Bright Spells - Terms & Conditions
1. Please note that all goods, work and material covered by all invoices to the Buyer shall remain the property of Bright Spells Ltd until full and final payment of all invoices to the Buyer have been received not withstanding any other contract between Bright Spells and the Buyer.
2. Bright Spells Ltd reserves the right to modify, cancel and/or withdraw all work and services relating to our invoices to the Buyer if full and final payment of all invoices to the Buyer is not received with in our full terms and conditions.
3. The web site design and layout remains the property of Bright Spells Ltd and cannot be copied in anyway. The web site content is the property and responsibility of the Buyer (subject to clause 4 below). Bright Spells Ltd is not liable for any of the web site content.
4. Note that all domain names remain the property of Bright Spells Ltd and all fees paid for domain names are for rental use only. If any fees are overdue then Bright Spells Ltd reserves the right to make full use of any domain names rented by the Buyer.
